I really like the episode, personally I like these ones, it gives some variety to the episodes. I love the moment where he realized that there was going to be an audience for the conversation--it really captured one of the things that makes your podcasts great.

If the coach has the necessary skills & understandings to be an effective instructional coach, the answer is yes. Educators as well as individuals across career fields seek career changes for range of reasons. Teaching is challenging work & a change of pace or break from the classroom can be good.
