ok so don't get me too wrong I'm not an engineer etc but using braking zone only as your metric for calculating harvest at a track where you have a decent percent of track at partial throttle (a barndoor size regen target) is so obviously wrong I had to take a moment to come complain about it.

As someone whose intense coverage of F1 overlapped the beginning of the 2014 regs lemme just say this is correct. Enjoy the drama and uncertainty while it lasts. Teams are doing their best to make it as boring as possible and they've had lots of practice lol.

So the arguable proposition, that billionaires will leave a state faced with such a tax, is rarely met with the correct (IMO) counterargument that billionaires ultimately cost the state more than they return therefore either way the state wins. One important point: the actuarial projections about baby boomer retirement were very accurate. You might think we are hitting reserve depletion because "lots of old people/few workers" but that was baked into the 1983 amendment choices. It was the income inequality that caused the trouble.
