Finally finished this. Took me a while. Astonishing technique. So funny and heartbreaking. Before I opened it I didn’t know it was a novel in microfiction and prose poetry. (My take on it, that is.) So deserving of all the attention. Planning to re-read it next year.

My mild gripe about writing for the day is when journals list extensive & helpful submission guidelines, you spend time crafting & formatting a submission for them, go to their Submittable page and find they *intentionally* didn’t say in the guidelines on their site that they charge for subs. 🙄 👎
