matthew!!! @matthewstanciu.com · 22/04/2026Stupid question/sanity check, this is on your own (or your own company’s) repo? Will forward to the team 250
matthew!!! @matthewstanciu.com · 02/03/2025I basically want Discover that doesn’t stray too far outside my network 030
matthew!!! @matthewstanciu.com · 02/03/2025Has anyone built a Bluesky feed that’s like Discover but without all the liberal Gen Xer garbage? This is my average experience on Twitter vs. Bluesky. The post on the right is impossible to mute because there’s no alt text in the image and even if it did it doesn’t contain words I would mute. 1101
matthew!!! @matthewstanciu.com · 24/02/2025It has also helped me understand unfamiliar codebases quickly which is really cool 000
matthew!!! @matthewstanciu.com · 24/02/2025It’s a really good personal tutor if you ask it the right questions. Not for everything and not good enough that I can blindly trust it, but it has helped me do my homework before and really impressed me. By “help” I literally mean I solved it on my own but with understanding I gained from GPT 110

Reposted by matthew!!!Purdue Hackers @purduehackers.com · 10/02/2025It took 2 years and 3 and a half tries to successfully run demo sessions at Hack Night, our weekly mini-hackathon. Why was it such a heavy lift? The answer is the story of how we discovered Hack Night's purpose. matthew!!! @matthewstanciu.com · 09/02/2025in 9th grade PE we did a football unit and i was placed with the people who supposedly knew what they were doing. but the coach determined this by making everyone throw a football, and apparently i threw the football well. after the first game they learned i actually knew nothing and moved me back 040
matthew!!! @matthewstanciu.com · 31/01/2025I have so many words muted on this platform that I truly have no idea which word in this post is muted. I kinda wish I could tell 120
matthew!!! @matthewstanciu.com · 21/12/2024I think it's a net positive tbh, not to say every show that doesn't release yearly is good but I think in general it allows creative teams to take more time to see their vision through instead having to be constrained by something dumb like NBC's airtime slot deadlines. 000
matthew!!! @matthewstanciu.com · 21/12/2024I think it's a product of the streaming era. The yearly schedule was borne out of cable programming, and after streaming removed airtimes & shows like Stranger Things proved yearly releases weren't a priority for watchers, 2-3 year waits became normal. 110
Reposted by matthew!!!Ayden Bridges @aydbridges.bsky.social · 11/12/2024The past Sunday I participated in a gallery show of technical projects held by @purduehackers.com called BURST✷! I helped organize it and one of my projects was included: an artistic writing system made of vines. Many thanks to everyone who helped bring my project to life and to those who attended! 094
matthew!!! @matthewstanciu.com · 01/12/2024I put a vine on my wall!!! It took 6 hours, way longer than I expected 0170
matthew!!! @matthewstanciu.com · 28/11/2024Back in the day on Twitter, my for you feed showed why every post was on my feed, and I could do e.g. “not interested —> show fewer likes from this person” and it would actually work. I long for that to come back 010
matthew!!! @matthewstanciu.com · 28/11/2024What does this button actually do? Who does it share this feedback with? It feels to me like it doesn’t actually do anything (Not asserting that it doesn’t, just asking cuz I actually don’t know) 270
matthew!!! @matthewstanciu.com · 17/11/2024What are some of the ones that have worked best for you? I tried a couple of these tools about a year ago and was underwhelmed, but wouldn’t be surprised if they’ve become way better since. Could really use it 110

matthew!!! @matthewstanciu.com · 27/07/2023After I was dropped off I saw 5!!! 22 buses come within 10 minutes. WHAT !! 000
matthew!!! @matthewstanciu.com · 27/07/2023Most confusing SF transit L: I got on a 22 bus in Potrero after waiting ~10 minutes, then 3 stops later the driver said “This is my last stop” and dumped everyone off. The next one is supposedly coming in 10 minutes. WHAT ! 100
