So if 5 million people protested peacefully with the exception of some purposeful MAGA agitators, there would seem to be no need for the Marines nor the National Guard to be deployed anywhere. That should weigh heavily in the Tuesday hearing on the lawsuit that challenges their deployment.

The Trump regime is now extrajudicial. They are using the slow pace of justice to advance their agenda. As well, they are placing a great burden on the courts, which move slowly, to make quick decisions, with judges beholden to Trump for their seats. This will not end well for anybody, I fear.
