Maching data types from pgsql to duckdb via arrow is very challenging. You need to balance type precision and possibility to map it in arrow for distributed processing. #database #duckdb #arrow #postgresql

Replicate SQLs command from a single instance database like DuckDB su a distributed version is very challenging... Simple things like PRIMARY KEY statement, become complex to handle if you have sharded tables.
