Car accident. Riding in the front, despite being 6, because it was the 90s. Car only had shoulder belt, no lap belt, also because 90s. I went through the windshield (unconscious) and then the car landed on me. No surgery, other than to put me in a halo cast. Got a helicopter ride tho!
