Record the  dates that matter when the evidence gives them, each on its own line in  a consistent form a reminder can find (`Birthday: March 12`,  `Anniversary: June 4`), and note when the user last connected and their  usual rhythm when the evidence shows it (`Last spoke: this week, about  the move`). Only what the evidence supports; never guess a date.
