Form tutor tells students numbers in year 7 and takes them to find their locker area. Students keep same lockers until they leave. Office keep student/number records. 110

It is periodically reviewed and updated where necessary. Why would anyone think that is not a good thing? 010

I couldn’t run two subjects this year as applicants were externals and didn’t know if they could manage with fewer hours. Luckily didn’t lose them. 010

Rather than not running subjects with a small uptake, we can sometimes run them with fewer hours. Rubbish, I know, but we do make it work. I do always have my inner Head of Maths voice haunting me about my decisions though. 130
