The weatherman just said we are currently losing 4 minutes of daylight every single day! By my calculations that means by 14th May there won't be any day left at all 😱

Make your AI music videos more believable by not having everything too perfect. Maybe give the singer a squint, or a spot on the end of her nose. Or even do what I do & have the entire thing performed by a boring middle-aged man in his bedroom.

Now I've finally got a decent bass guitar I can put a bassline to these guitar chords I made up about 20 years ago, after watching a documentary about Sugar Ray Robinson (hence the skipping).

I got Spitfire's BBCSO library a while ago, which is great, but not so good for doing jazzy, freeform stuff. So what I've done here is detuned & bent the notes, then combined them with actual brass samples I found on-line. I'm quite pleased with it. The sax is just synth though, so still a bit crap.

I notice a lot of footballers cross themselves & point to the heavens before a match. After extensive research I've discovered that whether they does this or not has absolutely no bearing on the result, which brings me to the conclusion that God couldn't care less who wins the FIFA World Cup.

Here's the solo part of my 'Electric Guitar Concerto' (out now on bandcamp!). This is 'hybrid picking', so I'm playing the low notes with the pick & plucking the high notes with my spare fingers. The low notes are also 'palm muted' & fretted with my thumb. It's quite tricky!

Flies seem to have a game where they score points for landing on your kitchen surfaces, or on part of your body, then flying off at the very last moment before you can swat them. Maximum points are scored by landing on your head & then flying away as you slap yourself in the face. 🪰

Here's the start of the 3rd movement of my 'Electric Guitar Concerto' (out now on bandcamp!). It starts out very straight, almost like a guitar picking exercise, but gets much freer & more emotional in the later parts.
