I can use my cane. But tbe grocery store the other day their motorized carts were all broken down. I tried a basket and got half way with my shopping and went to the cashier and said I have this mountain dew and this candy bar, do you have a chair to sit in? BS was dropping.

If you give a Nigerian a drink with a straw in it, you might find that they'll take the straw out and blow through it rigorously before drinking with it. It's not voodoo. Sometimes, in warm climes, small insects take refuge in straws. So we would always blow through first. I still do it on reflex.

New leaf on my work Monstera deliciosa living through triple digit temperatures out on the breakroom patio! Will update as it unfolds. In case you didn't know, the width of the new petiole, not the size of the baby leaf, is the best predictor of the final size of a new leaf. This one's a whopper! 🌱

A green monstera deliciosa plant has large oval leaves with deep dissections and holes. A new leaf is still rolled up tightly and hanging from the top of the plant.

I don't garden, but I take the garbage out early and take the dog for a walk early!!! I had heat and humidity. I can get sick easily when it's this hot!! Today, it's 93°F and feels like 98 heat index!!! I'm inside with the AC on!!!

My stomach won't take spicy food anymore!! I take Prilosec 1 regular strength pill before bedtime!! I can't eat Chinese, Indian, Mexican, Thai, anything that is spicy I can not eat!!! I can eat half Chinese if I can find a restaurant that will fix it like that!!! 👍
