from the article "chicken or the egg"

On 24 July 2024, two men began a chicken-or-egg debate at a party with alcohol in Indonesia. One man became so emotionally enraged he left and returned with a knife, stabbing the other 15 times and killing him. It is uncertain what side of the argument — chicken or egg — the killer took

Inhun and Gihun hugging as roblox characters.

Gihun from Squid Game yelling "I've played these games!" as a roblox character.

Messy sketch of Frontman smiling and sitting in a chair with his feet propped up on a cage. Inside the cage is an autism creature version of Gihun.

In Super Mario Bros., Super Mushrooms and Fire Flowers are actually the same object for the purposes of powering up Mario, with a Super Mushroom being able to turn him into Fire Mario. The game simply hides this by not spawning any Super Mushrooms when Mario is already Super.

Intended interactions seen during normal gameplay:
Small Mario + Mushroom = Super Mario
Super Mario + Fire Flower = Fire Mario
Rare interaction seen during
normal gameplay when spawning
a Fire Flower as Super Mario
and then taking damage
before touching it:
Small Mario + Fire Flower = Super Mario
Interaction only possible
to see with cheats:
Super Mario + Mushroom = Fire Mario
Internally, Mario touching a Super Mushroom and a Fire Flower
calls the same subroutine, meaning that they are the same object
for the purposes of affecting Mario. The only differences between
them are their appearance and movement.

On twitter, Mirna El Helbawi has posted an urgent call for eSIMS for Palestine because they are so low they're rationing distribution to medical staff, journalists and students. You can donate via connecting-humanity.org gazaesims.com/donate/ chuffed.org/project/crip... twitter.com/Mirna_elhelb...

Screenshot of tweet by @Mirna_elhelbawi dated 2 Nov 2024 saying:
With a heavy heart; due to the low eSIM donations, we decided to keep the eSIMs we have at the moment to Medical Staff, Journalists and Students in Gaza. I know that civilians deserve to stay connected with each other and to the outside world, but on the other hand; we cannot tell a Dr or a journalist that we are out of eSIMs. I am so sorry.

Nintendo of Europe's official 1998 German guide for Yoshi's Story depicts White Yoshi as being highly religious. He also states that his constant words of admonition of the other Yoshis' sinful behavior caused them to abandon him.

White Yoshi's bio in the German official guide for Yoshi's Story:
Translation:
God bless you, my dears(1). Well, don't I look fancy?
And so elegant? But not only is my fur(2) white,
my soul is also as clean as a baby's bottom.
Apparently, I am the only Yoshi who lives
faithfully to the word of the Lord.
That is why I often have to give words of
admonition to the others in the flock.
They sometimes allow themselves to be tempted
to do rather shameful things. Unfortunately,
the others never listen to me; quite the opposite,
they even hid me somewhere on the island.
And I just wanted to explain to them
that I had seen the light...
(1)Traditional Bavarian/Austrian greeting, literally "may God greet you".
Used in these regions as a general greeting, instead of "good day".
Likely used here to underscore the White Yoshi's religious nature.
(2)In this guide, all Yoshis repeatedly refer to themselves as having fur.
Current Nintendo materials state that Yoshis do not have fur.

I looked into my heart and asked what would I draw if I could draw anything I wanted and my heart said you would draw your favorite deltarune characters with angel wings

a drawing of kris and noelle shown from the hips up, both wearing spaghetti-strap white dresses. they are leaning into each other, noelle clutching kris's shoulders and kris with their hands clasped to their chest. from their backs sprout one black wing from kris's side and one white wing from noelle's.

a drawing of kris shown from the back. they are naked from the waist up, hunched over in pain as two wings sprout from their back and a halo hangs over their head. from the points that the wings emerge, blood flows down kris's body and their wings also drip heavily with blood.

a drawing of noelle kneeling in a white dress with a tulle skirt, also wearing the thorn ring on one finger, with the image cut off below her knees. she has small white wings and is holding a bright red apple to her mouth, closing her eyes as she prepares to bite. bright blood drips from the surface of the apple and down noelle's hands.

a drawing of gaster and dess. gaster towers over dess, and is wearing a hooded cloak and has two very large black wings, one folded slightly by his side and the other curled protectively around dess. dess, who is drawn as having chin-length choppy black hair and small antlers, is wearing a simple black dress and has small grey wings of her own. she looks off to the side and has one hand resting lightly on gaster's wing.
