Full disclosure: this was not the finished product. I’d put them in too small of a pan, and only the top half and outsides were baked through. Put them back in for another 15 mins, and surprisingly they turned out well. I think I just need to tweak a couple of things and the next time will be great.

Saw this little guy at the park making spirits bright, and thought what a great holiday greeting card.
