The devil is in the details. Is Netanyahu committing war crimes in Gaza? Probably. But there's no way anybody can prove it's “genocide.” So get off the “genocide” obsession because it's hyperbole that's doing more harm than good, and start dealing with the PARTICULARS of he's actually doing.

Here's the problem with calling the horror in Gaza “genocide.” It doesn't fit any legal definition of genocide. So, the actual war crimes go unchecked. And Israel still has October 7th to justify it. But if you can't establish Israel's war crimes without the genocide label, then what?
