If the dems don't take control, he'll finish the Epstein Ballroom(tm) and squat on his Throne of Tweens(tm) until they code his lizard brain into AI and he'll never die in a subterranean fascist data center doomsday bunker.

Corrupt to the core. Don't vote for any of them, not a city councilman, senator, or dogcatcher. If they haven't left the republican party by now, what the hell is wrong with them?

The party of lies. The party that caused America to never again be trusted. The evil party that elevated the orange dumbass should be held accountable. If accountability is even a thing anymore. Top to bottom, the party is irredeemably corrupt, and needs to die.

The party of billionaires who propagandize cultists to take up arms against their fellow citizens. The party that hired an army of criminals to snatch literally anybody off the street, pretending it's law and order. The party that can never again be trusted. 2/3

The party of Armageddon aficionados and professional racists needs to die. The party that embraces anti-Democracy. The party that follows Project 2025, which includes the political strategy of creating food insecurity (mission accomplished), and worse. 1/3

Just wait until all the billionaires each have their own personal AI data center battle bots. How safe is your electronic "money" once quantum computers start hacking into everything? Can your car drive itself? AI can drive it too. Where will it want you to go?

To the basest of the base, cruelty is comedy. The right's complete moral decomposition should be shocking. But at this point, it's right on brand.

His brand is about achieving dominion over others. A "deal" is never win-win; the loser must suffer. His position now affords the opportunity to abuse not just servants and contractors, but entire demographics. Immigrants, POC, the poor. To the basest of the base, cruelty is comedy.

A New Trump Rule Would Lower Standards at Head Start and Exclude Immigrants From the Program
The Trump administration is on the verge of releasing a proposed rule that would eliminate crucial quality standards at the nation’s preschool program for low-income children.

Mused on live TV, in front of actual doctors, about injecting bleach and shoving UV lights up your butt. Started a run on Ivermectin, ineffective against viruses. Promoted anti-vaccine propaganda (later hired anti-vaxxer to lead HHS) It's estimated that all this led to 100,000 unnecessary deaths.

Just think of Lyin' Donnie as "opposites day" made flesh. On the SAVE act: "The only reason you wouldn’t do it <we're doing it> is you <we> want to cheat because y<our> policies are so bad and y<our> candidates are so pathetic that you <we> can’t get elected in any other way." Works every time.

Public health policy. We occasionally (or often) rely on others for services. I want waiters to not be sick, for their sake and mine. I want cashiers and auto mechanics to be able to stay home if they're running a temperature. Virus-free lattes and tight bolts are good for society.

I've been steeped in the "Ian Fleming universe" and somehow the meaning behind the acronym for the evil SPECTRE administra ... I mean, organization from the Dr. No movie* was tucked into a corner of my brain. May have been triggered by something. *First introduced in the Thunderball book, per Wiki.
Screenshot image of a listing on villains.fandom.com about the Ian Fleming fictional SPECTRRE organization: "SPECTRE | Villains Wiki | Fandom
The Special Executive for Counter-intelligence, Terrorism, Revenge and Extortion, better known in the abbreviation as SPECTRE, are the main antagonists of the James Bond franchise. It is a global criminal organization with aspirations of world domination and profit that was created and led by the criminal ..." it trails off.

To put another frame around it, America is the only country in the developed world that 1.) doesn't care if its workforce stays healthy, 2.) promotes healthcare for profit, 3.) allows insurance corporations veto power over doctors' orders, 4.) generates hundreds of thousands of medical bankruptcies.

Smells like bribes. Even if they were actually going to use them, they paid over market for abandoned warehouses. Now they'll sell them at a discount, which amounts to giant government-funded windfalls for -- and millstones removed from the necks of -- the corporations that owned them.

After reading some of your other comments, I see you actually agree with me that the doctrine was little more than a gentleman's agreement. And OK, Murdoch only had to wait one year instead of 7. Another fact you'll disagree with: fox news continues to inflict irreparable damage to this country.

It was born to be a republican echo chamber and has from the beginning. Reagan killed the Fairness Doctrine (which, in fairness, was more like a gentleman's agreement), granted Rupert Murdoch immediate citizenship, and allowed a legally self-described "entertainment" network to call itself "news"
