mario fraioli @mariofraioli.com · 05/07/2025Hmm, can’t help but wonder if meet organizers read this week’s issue of the morning shakeout. 240
mario fraioli @mariofraioli.com · 04/06/2025Working al fresco this afternoon and my office mate has his head in the clouds. (Or keeping an eye on a squirrel in the tree.) 040
mario fraioli @mariofraioli.com · 27/05/2025Tahoe’s favorite thing is when Uncle Chris comes over to record podcast intros. Parks himself next to him the entire time. 060
mario fraioli @mariofraioli.com · 30/04/2025May we all be this happy after a few hours of running around with our friends. 061
mario fraioli @mariofraioli.com · 23/02/2025Haven’t been feeling great the past couple days and this guy hasn’t left my side. Kinda crazy how they just know. 0150
mario fraioli @mariofraioli.com · 12/02/2025Hope everyone else’s office mate is as weird as mine. 0130
mario fraioli @mariofraioli.com · 07/02/2025Friday pupdate: Tahoe’s opinion on this week has not changed. He would still like you to send snacks, please. 3131
mario fraioli @mariofraioli.com · 03/02/2025My assistant is already over this week. Please send snacks. 0170
mario fraioli @mariofraioli.com · 31/01/2025These should not be allowed in our house. (So I will continue eating them until they’re gone.) 0110
mario fraioli @mariofraioli.com · 23/01/2025Pretty stoked to dive into the latest from @stevemagness.bsky.social! His stuff is always engaging, well-researched, and full of applicable insights. 2201
mario fraioli @mariofraioli.com · 22/01/2025Beware of that doggy in the window. (Especially if you’re a squirrel with a waggly tail.) 071
mario fraioli @mariofraioli.com · 15/01/2025The early wake up is always worth it. Took this a mile into our run this AM. 090
mario fraioli @mariofraioli.com · 15/01/2025I spent 40 years, despite knowing better for at least half of that, not strength training with any real consistency or intention. A few years ago I committed to it and haven’t looked back. Feel better and stronger approaching 43 than I did at 23. And dare I say I’m actually starting to enjoy it. 1160
mario fraioli @mariofraioli.com · 03/01/2025Hard post-dinner crash. Missed all his naps today. Eyes stopped working, ears (always) on standby mode. 1101
mario fraioli @mariofraioli.com · 31/12/2024Just finished Steven Pressfield’s “Govt Cheese,” a cheeky memoir that I enjoyed. Really excited to crack open Wright Thompson’s latest tonight. I don’t think I’ve ever read anything of his that didn’t make me go, “Damn, that was something.” 110
mario fraioli @mariofraioli.com · 01/12/2024I don't remember the original article but this update from John Branch @nytimes.com on what happened to a group of troubled teen women over the past 12 years says is a sobering read. www.nytimes.com/2024/11/24/u... 010
mario fraioli @mariofraioli.com · 27/11/2024In college we had captain’s practice on Sundays and if one of the guys didn’t show up I’d go get him out of bed. I think this is the universe’s way of paying me back for being that guy. “Time to run, dad.” (n.b. This happens every morning.) 280
mario fraioli @mariofraioli.com · 20/11/2024Pupdate. Tahoe will now return to his regularly scheduled afternoon nap. 071
mario fraioli @mariofraioli.com · 19/11/2024As a millennial runner with an old-school mindset (and someone who also plays in this space), I have all of these same questions! Great guest post on influencers, athletes, and how it’s all evolving by Allison Lynch for Matt Trappe’s newsletter this week: amatterofbrand.substack.com/p/influencer... 071
mario fraioli @mariofraioli.com · 19/11/2024Working at a Starbucks this AM while my car gets serviced and they’ve skipped right over the Thanksgiving blend and are already serving Christmas. Somebody stop this madness. 040
mario fraioli @mariofraioli.com · 18/11/2024This is my office mate and best boy, Tahoe, doing what he does best. 070
