Had a blast in this one-day Indian cooking class at the Northwest Culinary Academy of Vancouver; @typeoneerror.com got it for us as a birthday gift! Their setup and processes are so dialled in, and the instructors are wonderful. Maybe i'll have to take some of their bread/pastry classes next 🤤

We also use several status properties for different parts of episodes, so assets can have a status, while the recording itself can have its own status, etc: Then we have different views to help us see what's missing (cover images, etc). SO I personally lean toward more being done via properties

"It depends" :D Checkboxes in a page = super easy, low effort. However, it can be really easy to "miss" what work still needs to be done, or get a true idea of capacity when you've got multiple projects/episodes on the go. Some of this could be part of a status property, some could be in the body:

I once fought in a pillow fight league as Marie Slamtoinette. We trained for months, developed wrestler-style intros and costumes (I made mine!), then fought in a refereed fight at a bar in Vancouver. People could take bets which raised money for a women's shelter. I won my fight against Sue Nami!

Made a super simple seasonal eating dashboard in @notion.com that dynamically shows a list of seasonal crops. Do the setup work once to identify which months a crop is in season in your region, and the crops appear dynamically each month: (this was a request from a restaurateur!)

Canadian grocery stores right now. Canadians are reading the labels, stores are making it easier to identify Canadian products, and the pickings are slim! I really hope stores continue to favor local distributors and product!
