I'm not medicated for it. Maybe I could be, but it never really crossed my mind to be. That could also be bc for decades we always thought it was just anxiety and treated that. It could be both or 1 more then the other, idk. I kinda just think of myself as a high strung planner who takes notes.

It made me go back and remember stuff that even in childhood I always thought was just my personality, but now know it was stuff like hyperfocusing. And I also got my perimenopause diagnosis last year. The brain fog is kicking my butt.

I'm glad that you now know. I didn't get diagnosed until my 30's, and I was so surprised. My family, teachers, etc never even suspected it, and that's when I learned about masking.
