When Demetra heads inside to put her leftover food in the fridge & to watch tv, she realizes that she has no electricity. Demetra: [sighs] Of course Paul set me up in a cheap trailer with no power. I need to make some money quickly so I can get fuel for the generator. #ts4

Demetra is in her dimly lit kitchen as she puts food away in the refrigerator. This is pointless, as the food well go bad in a few hours regardless.

Demetra is a Black young woman, with brown haired pulled back into a low afro bun, wearing a colorful vintage dress & large white hoop earrings.

Demetra reads a book in her living room while seated on her couch, which is also a murphy bed.

Demetra struggled as the twitchy woman approached. On her first day in town to gather research for her future book, she has already stumbled onto an oddity. Demetra: She is obviously infected by an invasive species. It has most likely entered her brain and is controlling her movements. #ts4

A close up of Demetra with a confused and dazed look on her face.

No longer dazed, Demetra stands confidently as the creepy stranger walks right up to her.

Demetra was briefly worried that she had burned the plantains but they turned out well. She sighed in relief & wondered how long it would take for neighbors to smell the food & then come over to introduce themselves Demetra: What is that saying? 𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘸𝘢𝘺 𝘵𝘰 𝘢 𝘮𝘢𝘯'𝘴 𝘩𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘵 𝘪𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘳𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩 𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘴𝘵𝘰𝘮𝘢𝘤𝘩? #ts4

Not that far from the galactic crash, Demetra contorts her face in annoyance. She's new to town and her friend, Paul, helped set her up with a small trailer across the street from the local bar. Demetra: I am not sure if I am even cooking these plantains correctly. #ts4

Strangetown has always been a military town, but now there's a lot more of them around. The crash is considered classified information and is quickly cleaned up. #ts4

Aerial view of the main road heading into Strangetown, a rural desert town. There's a green pickup truck carrying 3 radioactive barrels that has pulled over onto the side of the road. Several yards away from the truck is a tower and a residential home that looks more like a research facility. Behind the home, an ufo has crashed at the base of a cliff.
