There's no "controversy" over The Witcher 4, it's just gotten picked up in what is now a cottage industry of YouTube-based outrage content farming by people who have zero actual investment in or understanding of the things they cover multiple times a day, every day

Reimagining hsr cast into arknights world! Will still continue when the inspiration strikes I’m still feeling proud with the Jing Yuan one 😭🫶 #orcatea_draw #hsr-akcross #honkaistarrail #arknights

Jing Yuan as Catastrophe Messenger in Arknights
His race is Aslan, his battle class is Guard, and he is infected with oripathy

Inspiration mostly from part of his message where he says he used to dream of becoming a Galaxy Ranger instead of becoming a General

Luocha as a Wandering Medic/ Merchant in Arknights world
He is a non-infected Sankta with a mysterious power to heal

The Sankta part idea is partly from his counterpart in other Mihoyo game (Honkai Impact), Otto Apocalypse, whose lore and personality has big Christianity theme despite being the major antagonist.

Also (spoiler) in the ending arc Otto, as the enemy that the protagonists have to battle with, becomes something that resembles an “angel”.

Dan Heng as an Archivist like in hsr
His species here is Lung and his battle class is Guard

His outfit is a mix of his default design and his Imbibitor Lunae design with slight creative adjustments on my part

Dan Heng is still part of the “Nameless” along with March, and both Caelus and Stelle

Funfact: I once planned him to be part of Sui siblings, but I like the Sui siblings and still want them present in this au, so Dan Heng sticks with Lung haha

Blade as a Mercenary, still part of the Stellaron Hunters. Maybe in this au they are called ‘Origin Hunters’?
His race is Vampire Sarkaz, and his battle class is Guard

I choose to make him a Vampire based on his blood-centric gameplay. Though with him being a natural vampire which means a long-lived species, it adds a bit of irony compared to his original race in hsr where he is the only short-lived species between Dan Heng-Jing Yuan-Jingliu-Baiheng, before being mara-struck.

In this au, aside from Dan Heng as a Lung, the other 3 are part of short-lived species instead

List:
Jing Yuan - Aslan
Jingliu - Feline
Baiheng - Vulpo
Dan Heng- Lung
Blade - Vampire

Time for another reference dump! This zip file contains 2,566 photos (6.58 GB) from the Metropolitan Museum of Art arms and armor collection. I tried to focus on the types of details you don't see in most available reference, like hinges and fasteners. Enjoy! drive.google.com/file/d/1emF3...

A shot of an eggplant-shaped samurai helmet sitting on a wooden stand in a museum display case. It's made of darkened metal and has gold trim and accents.

A closeup shot of some buttons, fasteners, and ties on a small section of a samurai armor set's front chest plate. There are various ornate patterns, complex knots, and overlapping pieces.

A closeup shot of the thumb and forefinger of a European steel gauntlet inlaid with gold. It has bronze rivets and a white leather glove under the overlapping finger armor pieces.

A closeup shot of an extremely ornate double barreled shotgun's firing mechanism and trigger. The hammers are shaped like squirrels holding nuts and there is floral filigree everywhere.

Wanna remind everyone here, that no social media is toxic by default. It becomes that the more people join. Enjoy the low user base now as that reduces chances of it. But don't think this it's utopia away from that, please, be realistic and see it as just another avenue

this one goes out to the 2 ghost trick fans

A redraw of the "The smart kid, not understanding how he's losing to me, Me who's been eating his pieces when he's not looking" meme format featuring Sissel (the man in red) and Missile from Ghost Trick. Sissel and Missile sit at a table with a chessboard in the middle, Missile in the foreground, and the table is lit from above by a spotlight. Sissel is staring at the chessboard and sweating with the text "The smart kid, not understanding how he's losing to me" pasted over him, while missile looks at the camera with "Me who's been eating his pieces when he's not looking" pasted over him. The artwork uses brightly saturated colours and is cel-shaded with black.

I’m kinda fascinated by the Until Dawn remake. Like, here’s a remake that has worse visuals, worse music, worse performance, worse bugs, worse camera, worse gameplay, and is also (at least) three times more expensive than the original game which you can still buy and play on modern hardware.

Advice for new Bluesky users: * Starfruit are the most profitable crop in Stardew Valley, if you upgrade your house to the one with the cellar you can pack 125 casks into it, and put Starfruit into it. All your money problems will be over.
