This show hit home for so many people. The characters, the conflict, the resolution… Leslye really found a way to tie in real life themes & real life scenarios in a show with glow swords & furry scavengers. There will never be a more perfect fit for a TV show. #SaveTheAcolyte #RenewTheAcolyte

Today’s CGI techniques still cannot beat the grounded feel of physical sets. IMHO Hollywood has fallen into the trap of the ‘easy’ solution while neglecting tried and true film craft. Leslye balanced old and new techniques brilliantly. Anyhoo #SavetheAcolyte #ThreeSeasonsandaMovie

If this report is true, it would seem that Disney and Lucasfilm are on the defensive regarding their upcoming television slate. This begs the question of whether the studio is putting too much control in the toxic fanbase that arguably hugely contributed to the cancellation of The Acolyte.
