My dreams of getting lost in huge facilities are always in a house I used to live in, but I keep discovering new rooms. And I find a cat or cats in those rooms that I had adopted/rescued, but then forgotten about. So I feel like shit all on my own for having neglected them.

I checked temps at an hour and was getting in the 120-130 range, so I turned on the "convection" and let it go another 15 minutes. That might have been too much as I was getting 170s after that. Somehow, though, the thighs look like they didn't cook through.
