I'm diabetic as well so my diet is primarily vegetables and chicken. Rice and French fries are a rare occasion. My avg moring reading prior to moving ranged from 140-180 Happy to report this less stressful life and diet, my avg is now 108-114. Life, is great

Let me share my experience so far retiring at 55 like we are supposed to do. Moved to Mexico, adjusted my lifestyle to a much slower pace. Keeping busy, there's always something to do at the ranch. Spending came to a massive halt, but it's fine. I don't feel the need for insant satisfaction.

Living in Mexico has made a huge difference with my diabetes. I eat a lot more vegetables and hardly any carbs. My avg morning readings in the states was 146. My avg morning reading here is 115. 😎
