Pet Shop Boys first remix album, Disco, turns 40 next month. That gave me an excuse to revisit and re-contextualise it, musing on the evolution of the remix album and the relationship between dance and pop in the 80s. jointhefuture.net/2026/09/23/r...

Ed Sheran is a pussy.

Publication de Macklemore

Ed was in a fucked up position. He knew it. His typical apolitical stance was being challenged in a way it never had been before. He told me that the words
"Free Palestine" and the image of the Palestinian flag were hurtful to a lot of people he spoke with. I told him that if those words were more offensive than tens of thousands of Palestinian children being killed by Israel, then there was a fundamental disconnect between where those people stood and where I stood. But he couldn't get past his public facing, "I don't take sides."

You don't understand. The bad guys are not the people who put 355 bullets into a five-year-old girl. The real villain is the rapper who made a song reminding you about it.

Yes, you definitely need two weeks. But the good thing about Pembrokeshire is everything is close by, if you find the right base to stay. Luckily I still have friends down there so I can visit regularly.

Pembrokeshire is a fantastic area too. My mum lived on the border at Cardigan. I was spoilt with so many beauty spots to visit.

The beauty of the smaller gig like at YES MCR. The acts are close to you and if you do get bored the bar is close at hand, so no trekking a mile just to queue with the 1000s.
