After the virus we both benefited from a long holiday in Trieste and Istria, which was lovely. Trieste feels mid 20th c Austro-Hungarian though it's in Italy and Istria fee ls Italian though it's in Croatia. We're much refreshed thanks! Hope you're good too apart from the bah-humbuggery! 😉 😜

Stop press: as promised, she managed to make her world-beating granola before collapsing into a heap for 3 hours. Later, she managed a decent portion of my world-beating stir fry with cavolo nero. It's progress but I'll still be flying solo to the market tomorrow, as long as I'm still clean!
