From where I am sitting the UK furry scene has been like this as long as I remember. You couldn't just walk in and be yourself you had to be part of "the crowd". Now you have people with unhealthy agendas or are just blind to each other. I'm so happy you found your pack. I hope I can find mine.

Right now it feels like a small subset of people at the top get to make all the fun decisions and everyone below just has to implement it. This is fine but I think this needs to be laid out at the start. If I knew what I knew now I would not have volunteered. They survive on misinformation.
