SRC changed their terms of use yesterday, and released a news post with an FAQ. They make it sound like not a big deal. It's a big deal. The Creative Commons licence is gone. They claim ownership over the data now. Thread about what this means, and what we can do about it 🧵

Comparison of the old src terms and the new src terms

For the last 2 years I've been building leaderboards on therun. Today, they go in beta. I'm looking for communities to test them out. Not to switch over, purely for testing. Import your board from SRC easily, poke around, give me thoughts. Contact me here or through discord to test stuff!

Ah that's fair. It's also a challenge to avoid having dead air.

The routing part is one of the most fun parts when it comes to blindfolded. Sounds pretty good imo!

I saw a total Eclipse happen in Zaragoza together with friends. Went and saw awesome sights in Madrid, Montpellier, Paris etc. while meeting up with even more internet friends from the Celeste community. And arrived back home safe and sound. I really needed this and I'm very thankful.

Total Eclipse in Zaragoza parking lot. The sun was totally covered by the moon. With only leaving a ring of fire you could look at with the naked eye. Tons of people were clapping and making noise all around while it was happening.

Also making video trailers was very fun, but also time intensive. I probably want to try and keep doing video edits, but avoid editing while at the event. And doing co-op speedruns (pico park and celeste bingo), very much enjoyed!

Had a lot of fun at BSG. It was a different experience driving every day back and forth with Marki staying over. Decided on skipping volunteering for now. I feel like I paced myself quite well, so hopefully no having post-BSG crash but we'll see. Much love to everyone! Thanks for the great event :D
