Maine SSN Co-Leader Rob Glover has been awarded a Fulbright U.S. Scholar Award to Portugal for Spring 2027. His project will take him to Lisbon, where he will research Portugal’s drug decriminalization 25 year policy, and teach an upper-level drug policy seminar at Universidade Catolica Portuguesa.
