I’m really drawn to the idea of not making any sense to anybody. It’s a lifelong dream. A conscientious objector to the tyranny of logic and the human epistemic community. Also being a constant source of aggravation to all I encounter. Those two things, mainly. They actually reinforce each other.

The ending was a little weak imo, but I guess more for not really feeling like a whole Finale to me? Ionno I guess it's just a consequence of losing the drive for the narrative or w/e. Anyway my five favourite characters are John, Davepetasprite^2, Meenah, Terezi and Dave in no particular order.

I will say it's really quite funny being able to notice the tone of the writing becoming less edgy. They say the R word like a lot in the first half and I don't think it's said a single time past the start of act 6. Also wow these bitches gay, good for them, etc.

So I finished reading Homestuck earlier today and thinking about it I'm kinda perplexed as to how the fanbase got to the point of making it so notorious. Disconnected from the contemporary culture, I think it's kind of just a pretty solid story, despite the amount of Time Bullshit. Like an 8.7/10.
