The worst part of being a #romanceauthor that primarily writes #christmasromance ? Attempting to watch Christmas movies that aren’t romance make me fidgety. Except Home Alone, Elf, A Christmas Story, & Die Hard. Miracle on 34th St (the original) & It’s a Wonderful Life can hold my attention too.

#writingcommunity be careful. There’s multiple accounts on here pretending to be known Amazon authors. They’re attempting to share information about the editors they use (which I suspect is the fraud attempting to get clients). And they’re asking for links to your work even if it’s in your bio.

First Lines
Without fail, my annual reviews always shattered the illusion that I was just like any other programmer. In my mind, I was just a typical employee working at the largest bank in the city: a single thirty-two-year-old, with no interest in clawing my way into middle management. Granted I was the only woman in my department. And I just happened to be blind.
