ADHD and money don’t go well together. But it’s not your fault. We struggle with executive functions which means budgeting is hard. We struggle with impulses so spending gives us dopamine. We are time blind which leads to paying for things accidentally. Don’t even get me started on ADHD Tax. #adhd
