Learning how to draw was the best decision I ever made in my life. Nothing compares to seeing the progress made, or certain pictures and think "I did that?"

I don't think I ever posted the Reddit friendly version. Aka what I made from a screenshot of the timelapse cause there is a no blood rule there, but I still wanted to share Li Tianchen with that group.

Wise. I'll follow your example.

I don't even follow them, it's suggested content that has clogged my timeline. I spent half an hour googling random anime characters so to make it all go away and bait the algorithm.

I open the other site to check on certain artists that are not here and it's full of this sort of thing. It's so disappointing.

The constant waves of Forever discourse, be it because of the retail vs Classic debates, or certain very known bad actors among the player base stirring things has turned my timelines into something so unpleasant and has really killed my excitement for Forever.

I might have to stop recording as many timelapses, cause oh my god, I hadn't realised they make CSP files so heavy.

Growing up is the worst thing when you start realising that you miss the idea of certain things and not the things themselves.

Hey all - I'm catching up and I'm a bit confused by what happened or how it may have been misinterpreted, mainly as I still have the sticker on me. I'm really sorry if i seemed dismissive, I was engaged in conversation with someone else when the sticker was handed to me.

Who knew damn Bleach of all things would make me tentatively return to WoW.

I've genuinely had this sketch open for three days now and I'm in love with him. Thank you for letting me steal your hair, Jugram. Aerylas Duskbringer, Blood Knight. #art #ocsky #wow #wip

If the portrait I'm working on is truly my best (at least base-wise), then I couldn't be happier that it happened to be Natsume.

Couldn’t sleep all night, so I drew four sketches between failed sleep attempts. I can't wait to open the files when I next wake up and see if they're actually good, or criminally bad.

Dear artists, You NEED to keep in contact with your commissioners. That's right, all of them. If they paid you money, you MUST communicate with them and tell them what's going on. You cannot just ghost someone for months and months after promising a quick turnaround and expect them to be happy!

It's a gorgeous piece, but excuse me as I obsess over how good the hand is rendered. Beautiful!

It feels like there's two modes for inspiration, the good and normal one that guarantees productivity and the my-heart-is-gonna-burst excitement inspiration mode, where the mind races ahead of skill, is too hyped and irrational. It's not a reliable mode for results, but god, does it feel good.

I think I'd love to eventually see a rework of Eorzea and future expansions taking place there, if anything so to get updated sets. Right now, Eorzea fashion more or less remains ARR sets with their own charm with the charm of a newly started adventurer. I'd love to see more though.

Two in a day... Man, I don't want to see more shows with the death of the protagonist.

Next month, it'll be 7 years since I bought a tablet and started drawing. So I compiled my art to see if I've improved. I think I have in some areas and stagnated in others. Where will I be in seven more years? Hopefully somewhere with less portraits and more hands. It's been a very fun journey.

A collection of eight pictures, each depicting a pile of artwork from 2019 till 2026 to mark artistic progress.

Practice. Cause save for a couple of times in my sketchbook, I never really properly studied anatomy, so I guess it's time.

"Now the game has been reset." Li Tianchen. #art #fanart #linkclick

The portrait of a man with short hair and red eyes. He smiles viciously, his hair, face and clothing drenched in blood and specks of paint. Behind him, the background is black with neon scribbles.

Lyzerne @lyzerne.bsky.social · 10/08/2026

I mean, I never would have thought that of all the characters I could draw to celebrate Link Click's return in four days I'd choose Li Tianchen when he's not even among my favourites, but this boy deserves his legacy of blood. #art #fanart #wip

The sadness of holding off posting a story for half a year cause only Part 1 is complete, only to just let it join the AA archive all these months later cause Part 2, 3 and 4 will never be written.

No Internet access anywhere but my crappie phone for three days, but at least I have confirmation on Meteor's new hairstyle and full-body on his new set to console me... Not that I can experiment with temporary glams without access to FFXIV though. 😞
