Dear artists, You NEED to keep in contact with your commissioners. That's right, all of them. If they paid you money, you MUST communicate with them and tell them what's going on. You cannot just ghost someone for months and months after promising a quick turnaround and expect them to be happy!

It feels like there's two modes for inspiration, the good and normal one that guarantees productivity and the my-heart-is-gonna-burst excitement inspiration mode, where the mind races ahead of skill, is too hyped and irrational. It's not a reliable mode for results, but god, does it feel good.

I think I'd love to eventually see a rework of Eorzea and future expansions taking place there, if anything so to get updated sets. Right now, Eorzea fashion more or less remains ARR sets with their own charm with the charm of a newly started adventurer. I'd love to see more though.

Next month, it'll be 7 years since I bought a tablet and started drawing. So I compiled my art to see if I've improved. I think I have in some areas and stagnated in others. Where will I be in seven more years? Hopefully somewhere with less portraits and more hands. It's been a very fun journey.

It'll sound mean, or like a meme, but as I'm replaying Dawntrail and skipping some of the cutscenes, it's a great expansion. The premise was great, it's just that some dialogues and choices were a very hard miss - like naming the regulator business a different culture. No, it's murder.

I think my confidence in Evercold comes instantly from one thing: the music. I didn't dislike DT, but the song in the trailer didn't appeal to me at all. Evercold's on the other hand? I can't wait for them to release it. It sets such a mood.
