An appeals court just REFUSED to lift sanctions on Trump's lawyers after a judge found his $10 billion lawsuit against his own IRS was COLLUSION. (Collusion means a secret agreement or cooperation meant to deceive, cheat, or do something illegal.) The sanctions now remain in force during the appeal.

Louisiana has officially declared a state of emergency over its diesel supply, and this is bigger than what truckers are paying at the pump. Diesel recently hit an all-time state record of $6.03 a gallon. That's roughly an 83% increase in one year, right in the middle of harvest season.
