Some of you on here supported my effort to start a town team basketball program after our rec dept cut it last year. Thought I’d share a couple cool updates… we have evals tomorrow. For the 1st time, we have enough interest to field multiple 3/4 grade and 5/6 grade girls teams!

Heading into my sophomore season, a coach friend brought my brother and me to Bedford, MA to do a training session with Burdenko. It was the most unassuming atmosphere. His office was filled w photos from figure skaters and ballerinas. We did the workout. Half water, half land. No weights….
