Looking for advice on measuring net carbon fixation in a CAM species (Kalanchoe) using a LI-6800. I have experience with the instrument, but not with CAM plants. Any tips on optimizing chamber conditions, timing relative to the diel cycle, or leaf/plant attachment to the 6800?

Can anyone help: I want to take photos of arabidopsis rosettes everyday as they grow to get growth curves for a lot of ecotypes. Does anyone know of software that can be used to read the label from inside the photo and rename the file with the plant ID and then amend the date to the file name too?
