pi-hole doesn't support FreeBSD, and forcing it means PHP + lighttpd + a second resolver. so I replaced it with two Python stdlib scripts on plain @nlnetlabs.bsky.social's unbound: blocklist zone generation + a static HTML dashboard. no daemons, no PHP. write-up: lukasz.bromirski.net/post/freebsd...
