He went through the entire judicial process and was fully convicted of 34 separate felonies. The judge then sentenced him to an unconditional discharge. This was in a blue state. Exactly what evidence do you have that a federal judge would’ve given a different sentence?

Burgers and Pizzas are very hard to mess up, so when you go to a fancy restaurant the quality difference won’t be that great and the difference may sway to the fast burgers favor. That’s my hypothesis. Perhaps fancy restaurants are only good for foods that are very hard to get right?
