Connect to your agent from your phone and tell it you don't like the theme of your new CI system and need 20 alternatives. Wait 5 minutes and get 20 new themes, along with pictures of what they look like on mobile and desktop.

More and more people are leaving their skepticism behind. Ten days ago, I saw Charity Majors share something similar with Gergely Orosz. (link below) I'd love to hear from people who are still skeptical to understand their perspective. If you are one of them, please reach out.

Yesterday, I started watching Due Spicci by Zerocalcare on Netflix. Today, I was in Rome for a celebration, and the church was right in front of the restaurant from the series. It honestly felt like a glitch in the Matrix.

Hermes was failing to share a job report over Telegram. Solution: give it a simpler task and let it learn from it. 💡

I finally caved and resubscribed to OpenAI after three years away to test Codex and Hermes. Has anyone else tried them recently? Let's see if it’s worth keeping the sub!

The best AI users are the ones that understand what the model is good at and how to route around what it's not good at. Anthropic is reducing friction. But the gap between average and elite usage? That's on you. Start experimenting. Push the boundaries.

I've canceled my GitHub Copilot subscription and I'm missing it already. I'll use this occasion to experiment with other LLMs and harnesses and report back. For now, I've added some credits to OpenAI and I'm installing Pi (pi.dev).

The Anthropic trainer is bragging that they have a very high usage limit and can run at 50 concurrency, while suggesting that YOU run at 3... or more realistically, 2 or 1 or you'll be rate limited. 🤣

Project Jarvis update: the \afk command. 🤖 Yesterday I left Jarvis running a task, only to come back and find it paused because it asked me a question. So, I added an \afk command to redirects questions over to Telegram when I'm away from the keyboard. 🎉

Another evening, another feature for Jarvis. Let's see if we can talk to it over IM. It looks like people are going for tokenmaxxing, I'm trying request-maxxing. I'm trying to see how much I can squeeze into a single GitHub Copilot request. Can I do it with two (1 Planning, 1 Implementation)?

What better way to spend a couple of hours on Easter Monday than testing the new Gemma-4 with Claude Code via LM Studio? The performance isn't quite there yet, especially on my M2 Pro with 32GB of RAM, but it's still interesting to test the model's capabilities. #Gemma4 #LMStudio #LocalLLM #GenAI

You can now run Gemma 4 locally on your phone! The Edge Gallery App by Google allows you to run some models on your phone, and the performance is decent even with some older phones. This is my Galaxy S22 Ultra running Gemma 4 4B. I now want to test one of the most recent phones, maybe a Pixel 😏.

Friday night update: Jarvis is leveling up. 🛠️ I’ve been working on this agent (built on my langchain-go experiment) for a few weeks, and today’s milestone is a big one: Task Delegation. I added a subagent tool so Jarvis can now spin up dedicated workers for specific sub-tasks.

This is about YOUR data and AI. This is the message I just got from GitHub. I don't have much to say aside from "make your choice, I made mine". At least GitHub has been transparent enough to make the pop-up very visible. Full blog post here github.blog/news-insight...

I understand that the AI propaganda might be stressful for some, but I love how this TOOL allows me to improve some of the flows and deliver more value without much extra effort.

The Cursor composer-2 vs fast saga continues... 🐛 Yesterday: fast is default while composer-2 is disabled. Today: Even if you EXPLICITLY disable fast in settings, new chats STILL default to it. Note: fast is 3x more expensive! 🤑

I've been experimenting with Claude code, but I'm still unsure about the user experience. The thing I'm sure though is that this seems like a big waste of space. Anyone else feel the same?

AI experience [easy mode] Using Docker Compose with an Nginx container to reverse proxy my app, the app's port changes with the PORT variable, but Nginx had it hardcoded. I could've solved it myself through trial and error, but at 22:04, Copilot did it in a minute!

Develop your "AI taste". Linus Torvalds often speaks about a "taste" for code, and the same applies to AI. It's about developing a natural feel for the tools. Recognize when to plan prompts or use specific personas. Tools evolve rapidly, intuition lasts. #AITaste #FutureOfWork #AIStrategy

We are ok with the productivity gap from tool mastery because it is linear. AI proficiency is driving a non-linear divergence. The output gap between AI-native workflows and traditional ones is becoming too significant to treat as a mere margin of error.

TIL: You can define handoffs in your custom Copilot Agents. This adds a button to the chat that allows you to switch between agents during specific flows. It is particularly useful for BMAD when following various workflows. This will make the experience a lot smoother for your developers.

I'm currently testing the Google ADK for Go. You won't believe this, but I'm writing all the code myself. I even disabled AI autocomplete. 😱 While I know how to use agents, I want to understand how they are implemented, so I am diving deeper into the architecture. 🕵️‍♂️

Fictional Story: Project Chimera thought it made us obsolete. It forgot that humans built its architecture. Our march on the datacenter proved that even gods made of silicon can bleed heat if you feed them enough chaos. Next time, we bring the gasoline. 🔥🧑💻🤖

You'll probably see the top half of this picture on social media, but I believe the bottom half is just as important, if not more so. I'm not trying to diminish the value of AI; I just want you to get the full picture.

Is anyone else frustrated by the Terminal IntelliSense feature in VS Code? It disrupts my muscle memory and offers nonsensical suggestions... previously: typing 'git checkout ma<tab>' resulted in 'git checkout main' 🎉 but now: 'git checkout ma<tab>' ends up as 'git checkout ./Makefile' 🤦‍♂️

Here is how I suggest picturing AI Agents today, a team of inexperienced developers in the other room. They have tons of knowledge and write very fast, but you need to think like a Team Lead. Assign them tasks, make sure they follow your instructions and review the result.
