This should be grounds for impeachment and or treason. He's telling a foreign power that he's okay with the bombing of two US major cities. Even if it's a "joke", he should be removed from office using the 25th amendment. A president joking about millions dying in our country is not funny.

The water stress has happened in Texas as well.

Yesterday, I heard on NPR that in India, they are in the process of training robots to do manual labor, like painting. They have the workers who do the job currently wear apple I-phones as cameras focused on their fingers to capture their fine motor movements.
