Research from Camille Landais via @lseinequalities.bsky.social blog. The pay gap after kids isn't biology, it's norms. Denmark gave fathers dedicated paternity leave. It changed what parents believed about who should care for kids, and the pay gap shrank too. A lever we can pull.
