#Non24 Sleep-Wake Disorder and Delayed Sleep Phase Disorder can seriously harm mental health, especially if someone doesn't know they live with a Circadian Sleep Disorder. And even if one does, the strain of pushing through work, school, &/or parenting on a mismatched schedule can take a toll.
