If people cant access appropriate mental health treatment and support in a timely way in stands to reason their mental health will further deteriorate and the severity of their mental illness will increase. www.rcpsych.ac.uk/news-and-fea...

Very sad. So many good doctors driven to either leaving the NHS or taking their own lives.
