Why campaign on contentious life/death topics such as abortion, healthcare, gun control and climate change when you can just spout AI doomerism and get tons of cash from billionaires bankrolling a doomsday cult?

In two days of testimony to Congress, RFK Jr. has blamed Mennonites, immigrants and other countries for the resurgence of measles in the U.S. Does he accept "any responsibility" for this crisis, after years of pushing disinfo on vaccines? Today he all but said no. www.huffpost.com/entry/rfk-me...

The HHS secretary instead blamed immigrants, Mennonites and other countries for the measles outbreak in the U.S., not his own vaccine disinformation.

I specifically talk about how people have inadvertently run away from nuclear power towards more reliance on fossil fuel! Like Germany. France resisted this fear based thinking and get 70% of energy from nuclear. Same thing playing out with lab grown meat

I've been saying this for a long time. Black Mirror is just small-c conservative pessimism, and the better episodes are precisely those which stray from this unrelenting, po-faced, finger-wagging misery. Caveman Sci-Fi, without the self-awareness. www.theguardian.com/technology/2...
