Following this logic so is gold, company shares, BTC and oil, but are they money really? No. They can be proxies for money, but in some circumstances can become worthless Money is money because its relatively stable, one of the most stable assets one could argue

If my rpg.actor won't be able twerk on my sifa profile I'll consider the feature a failure We all need to shake our booties more

A colleague of mine had one, was pretty fun to bring revs to the limit and hearing the turbo discharge when shifting Handles very well on the hills, hope it enjoys it

Josh is my spirit animal Pre v1 my friends and I spent the time finding interesting way to crash each other servers, or at least destroy the frame rate. One thing that made us cry from laughter was firing trains like cannon balls 🥲

You are not ready to see the abominations that I've created there

Lorenzo Pecchio @lorenzopecchio.com · 27/09/2026

Agreed, I also enjoy having a "limit" of post you can see (if you don't follow too many people) Breaks the gambling-like behaviour of "let's pull the lever and see what we got"

On the scale of perceived value, while not at the level of antirez (in his Italian speaking videos), I feel that Theo is pure engagement for sponsorship, prime sometimes says something at least worth discussing

001

Lorenzo Pecchio @lorenzopecchio.com · 26/09/2026

What unsettle you the most about prime? Genuinely curios, I don't watch much of YouTube but I resonate sometimes with some ideas, like this youtu.be/iuccfEQgIeY

youtu.be

They can’t take it anymore

The play along feature blew my mind, thanks for sharing the source, you've nerd sniped me on how that works

020

Lorenzo Pecchio @lorenzopecchio.com · 24/09/2026

Just never got this: who decides which domains are premium? The registrar? Do different registrars offer different prices for the same domain? What stops a registrar to claim a domain at cost and reselling it at a huge markup?

110

Lorenzo Pecchio @lorenzopecchio.com · 24/09/2026

Bitwarden Most needs are met with the free tier, is open source and you can self host the sync server

000

Lorenzo Pecchio @lorenzopecchio.com · 23/09/2026

Maybe the subscription fatigue?

000

Lorenzo Pecchio @lorenzopecchio.com · 23/09/2026

I've crossed the point of non-return long ago

Lorenzo Pecchio @lorenzopecchio.com · 16/09/2026

As long as Apple don't try again to shut them down like they did with iOS 17.4 That attempt was malicious compliance to the EU DMA forcing them to support alternative browser engines Fortunately enough the people backlash and a threatened investigation by the European Commission blocked them

@mu.social can't submit videos as feedbacks, but here's something strange about the beta app Sometimes happens while scrolling normally Build version: 1.131.0.2; Bundle info: 4d677dc (prod); Bundle date: 0; Platform: ios; Platform version: 27.0; Device ID: a088534b-66a3-43e6-b2f2-e9d6429a0b9b

And I'm giving credit to windows, let that sink in

010

Lorenzo Pecchio @lorenzopecchio.com · 06/09/2026

Hey Siri, unfollow Alessio With the current ui yes, it'll not be the best of experiences, but with few adjustments it can be a killer feature I had a 2in1 windows laptop in the past, sometimes I miss the touch screen

110

Lorenzo Pecchio @lorenzopecchio.com · 05/09/2026

And don't get me started on those who would want a touchscreen on the Mac Disgusting

100

Lorenzo Pecchio @lorenzopecchio.com · 04/09/2026

Yes, but is that used only for external integrations (like the Bluesky button) or also for the web content itself? Then, is it linked to single publications or can be used for whole websites? The idea is to let the reader choose the theme to be used in every website that supports this

010

Lorenzo Pecchio @lorenzopecchio.com · 03/09/2026

The back end of a pm should only be used for syncing, even for single device users I shouldn't be restricted by my connectivity to access a critical piece of info My question then becomes the following: Is atproto the best tool for a sync service? I don't think so

180

Lorenzo Pecchio @lorenzopecchio.com · 03/09/2026

In a very special place in my heart for your contributions to this ecosystem 🫰🏻

120

Lorenzo Pecchio @lorenzopecchio.com · 02/09/2026

✋🏻 but I don't have anyone to play with yet

020

Lorenzo Pecchio @lorenzopecchio.com · 02/09/2026

And that's called faith and not everyone is willing to have it My faith is that we can engineer better systems to prevent that from happening, 'cause at the end of the day even the most determined person sometimes breaks and fail Fix the game, not the players

010

Lorenzo Pecchio @lorenzopecchio.com · 02/09/2026

Feel free to DM me if you want all the goodies (like unlocking the web extension with touchID)

000

Lorenzo Pecchio @lorenzopecchio.com · 02/09/2026

The free plan is the default even if you don't see it as an option (I know.. confusing) Just create an account and you have it

100

Lorenzo Pecchio @lorenzopecchio.com · 02/09/2026

I get it, but just do it you'll a lot of goodies like: - automatic ssh keys handling - raycast integration - the possibility to self host You can at least try and go back if it doesn't fit your needs

110

Lorenzo Pecchio @lorenzopecchio.com · 02/09/2026

May I ask why though you still use the built-in pm? I couldn't live without external pm for the iPhone or if I want to change OS (like I did many times before)

100

Lorenzo Pecchio @lorenzopecchio.com · 02/09/2026

Pm for me wasn't a problem, been using Bitwarden since the LastPass incident I've switched from Vivaldi these weeks, I'm really enjoying the clean approach I wasn't able to tweak it to my preference and the new floating ui just don't click, but I saw your setup on stream and I get why you like it

100

Lorenzo Pecchio @lorenzopecchio.com · 02/09/2026

AFAIK the only thing you can't have there is the url bar

100

Lorenzo Pecchio @lorenzopecchio.com · 02/09/2026

What do you mean? If you want the url bar on the right I don't think it's possible, but you can use the borderless mode and force the tabs visibility to hide it from the top With navigation I intended the back/forward/refresh buttons which are visible

100

Lorenzo Pecchio @lorenzopecchio.com · 01/09/2026

If this is what are you looking for then yes

A screenshot of the top left corner of the Helium browser window picturing the vertical tabs and the navigation buttons

Lorenzo Pecchio @lorenzopecchio.com · 01/09/2026

That's why I've already taken it 👀

000

Lorenzo Pecchio @lorenzopecchio.com · 28/08/2026

As other said, it might Bluesky itself, these days seems quite unstable

000

Lorenzo Pecchio @lorenzopecchio.com · 26/08/2026

This is why I love the Internet

010

Lorenzo Pecchio @lorenzopecchio.com · 26/08/2026

It also looks very good, maybe just a touch overcooked by looking at the crust, but that depends on the flour mix If you don't see the dark mushy part under the sauce when you cut it and it's still a bit floppy then is perfect
