Verdict: it was hella tasty! Also it all tasted surprisingly very homey, as in similar to Romanian cuisine. Must be the pork and garlic lmao.

Zeta and ZZ have my favourite mech design in all of Gundam. They really do have a certain sauce that no other Gundma anime has, even within the UC.

I hoped that new components would bring bigger performance gains, and that old ones would keep up with new game releases for much longer. And yet somehow we're being asked to pay bigger prices for worse performance on uglier games.

We've been seeing diminishing returns in graphical fidelity since the PS3, and I was honestly excited for it. I hoped this meant that hardware requirements would also plateau alongside the graphics.

Exactly, it's also easier to set up, I don't need special ventilation, I can do it on any desk or table where I have the space... like I said, even if I have an airbrush, I can't give up hand painting Vallejo. It also helps that their Game Color line has amazing color variety.

I'm also surprised to see that Vallejo paints are popular in Japan! I expected Mr Hobby/Tamiya/Gaia paints to be popular in their home country, but I've seen quite a few JP modellers use Vallejo. To be fair, they are my personal favourites for hand painting.

Nice! I can't wait to see the end result! I also love hand painting my kits. Even though I have an airbrush, I find it much more convenient and relaxing to work with the paintbrush when I can.

That looks nice! Is it hand painted? Also, which kit is it?

I'd like to offer some words of support, but it seems the porn bots got that covered, so, uhh... hot singles in your area?

AND THEN the thing went "thank you for the feedback" and hung up? And now I'm afraid that the negative feedback is gonna get stuck to the actual human that helped me, when I wanted to complain about the robot.

010

Dijeh Enthusiast @lordcipher.bsky.social · 07/07/2025

Like what was wrong with "press 1 for domestic, press 2 for international"? And at the end I got another robot asking me if I was satisfied (THIS time I had the "press 1 for yes, press 2 for no" option). So I pressed "no" cause I wanted to complain about the chatbot wasting my time.

Dijeh Enthusiast @lordcipher.bsky.social · 07/07/2025

I once had to call DHL about a package and got the chatbot. It was only there to direct me to the appropriate dept, but it sent me to the wrong one anyway. So I waited 10 min in the queue just so the human at the other end can connect me to the proper dept, which took another 10 min of waiting.

They should start by funding the creation of media in the language they want to protect, or translations of foreign media. The problem with this sales law is that it's ass-backwards, it's pointless to force stores to stock a % of their wares in a language in which the wares doesn't exist.
