I even told them “it’s technically skilled, sure. But even your most half-assed sloppy drawing has more soul bc it’s YOU.” The response was “well I can’t draw anymore bc x, y, z” Knowing full well I’m disabled & had to fully reteach myself the skill over the last few years 🙄

I had an artist friend (who’s always been environmentally-conscious) show me several AI images of their OC and ask for praise like this. This is after they completely ignored the piece I spent days on & asked for feedback on. I truly don’t understand how these people think.
