Went to a dentist who basically destroyed the tooth structure w/ fillings. I do grind my teeth and wrecked them all to shreds. Dentists always make me feel guilty about it. 110

Every day I drove by, I looked for feathers because there was no way that whole family didn't get hit. I told my doctor who then added an anxiety script. I'm lucky I had a little money saved but I need to get back at it. I'm not sure what's next but I am so glad I listened to myself and left. 140
