Popped into Seattle City Council public comment today to support the MHA tax reduction (regressive tax on housing) and oppose the addition of MHA to all former single family zones.
Look at that crowd! Nearly every builder in the whole damn city showed up and they all had “proud YIMBY” signs. 🤩
