She also has to be within or slightly outside of dizzy midrange to check dizzy summons so she’s gonna be vulnerable to iad/ice spike/farS (farS will catch millia iad as well)

The normal delay tk height and the one that Ray does the most will make millia 5p, 5k, chipp 5p, and sometimes chipp 2H whiff or lose unless you read dizzy and are already under them by the time she’s releasing the bubble.

A big part of studying jp vods and vods in general for xrd as that it makes it much harder to be surprised by anything. There’s a point where you should kinda be able to see an interaction and know how it’s gonna play out, what the routing for a hit will be, and the flow of the rest of the round.

Imo i’d take the Tomo stuff w a grain of salt. His neutral and awareness was great but the tech is outdated. Leo pressure including whiff 2s and iad fuzzies are much stronger now, and Leo in a 2010’s jp setting is much different than Leo now. He was just very in tune w the meta over there.

Sometimes people get mad when they lose to a sub but if you check my YT you’ll find that I’ve been playing X character for like 6 or 7 years and thats like maybe an average of 3 hours a week each week, and for xrd alone we’re talking like at least 10 hours a week with subs generally.

Even on knockdown i feel like faust’s snowball is not as great as other characters. He gets access to better mix and item toss but the character does best when making neutral unplayable and Leo has ways to make neutral taxing for the other player imo. This is all like my general feelings on the mu.

Leo gameplay at its sharpest can run over Faust and account for 5D and j.2K. Not saying a lot of Leo’s are gonna be able to do it but imo when its not even-ish Leo can make it really scary for Faust. Leo can bully chars that dont have a clear abare option that knocks down and faust is one of them.

Oh i agree with you there. Ngl I think there’s a lot of Leo players who will just go for dash jump j.K or 236H a lot and elph 6H just blows them up for it. Ideally elph should just be playing around slash normals tho like u said. That said whenever I play elph or venom I spam 6H so i have bias
